Scholarships

Beginning with the Class of 2025, CPYHA will recognize 2 Seniors (1 male and 1 female) who have previously participated in CPYHA as a youth player. 

Seniors will be awarded their scholarship at the Champlin Park Scholarship & Award night each May. 

Applications will be accepted February 1st-28th. No late applications will be allowed.

Requirements:

1. Applicants must have played with CPYHA Program a minimum of 4 years; maintain a 3.0 or greater GPA; and have given back to the CPYHA community

2. Applicants must live within the CPYHA boundaries upon graduation
