CPYHA Financial Assistance Application was established to help CPYHA families continue to participate in our youth hockey program when it may not be possible without financial assistance.
The program policies and application are linked below. The application deadline each season is August 15th. If you have submitted an application, please do not register your player until after you have been contacted by a representative of the CPYHA hardship committee. Applications will be reviewed within a 30 day window upon receipt.
For financial assistance that may come up while in season (ie. job loss), email CPYHA Secretary with request to be reviewed to support any lingering season costs.
